This website, robbiehardingham.com, is operated by the campaign of Robert "Robbie" Hardingham III, Democrat for Indian River County Commissioner (the "Campaign," "we," "us"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the terms that apply to our website and our text messaging program.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, city, ZIP code, and the ways you want to help (for example, requesting a yard sign, volunteering, hosting an event, or signing up for email or text updates). Our website analytics are cookieless and collect basic, anonymous usage information such as pages visited, referring site, and screen size. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it. We use your information to communicate with you about the Campaign (by email or, with your consent, by text message), deliver yard signs, organize volunteer activity and events, and comply with applicable law. We use your address only to deliver a sign you requested or to plan an event you offered to host.

Text messaging consent data. Regardless of the above, mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in and consent records collected through our text sign-up are used for the Campaign's own messaging program and are not shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Ownership and sharing. Any and all information, data, records, submissions, responses, selections, preferences, indications of interest, and communications of whatever kind or character that you provide, transmit, upload, enter, select, or otherwise make available to or through this website or any form, page, link, or feature thereof, together with any and all information derived therefrom, appended thereto, associated therewith, or generated in connection therewith, including without limitation names, postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, ZIP codes, geographic information, volunteer interests, event attendance, engagement history, device and usage information, and any compilations, aggregations, models, scores, segments, enhancements, or derivative works based thereon in whole or in part (collectively, the "Supporter Information"), shall become and remain part of the records, files, lists, and property of the Campaign, and shall be jointly and severally owned, held, controlled, maintained, used, and enjoyed, in perpetuity and without further notice, compensation, or obligation to you, by the Campaign and by its consultants, advisors, agents, contractors, vendors, affiliates, designees, successors, and assigns, each of which shall have a fully paid, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable right and license to use the Supporter Information for any lawful purpose whatsoever, whether now known or hereafter devised, in any medium, format, channel, or technology now existing or later developed.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Campaign and its consultants, in their sole and absolute discretion, may use, reproduce, store, process, analyze, append, enhance, combine, license, sublicense, share, exchange, swap, rent, lease, sell, transfer, convey, assign, contribute, disclose, distribute, or otherwise make available the Supporter Information, in whole or in part, on such terms as they may determine, to or with any person, entity, or organization whatsoever, including without limitation other candidates and their campaigns and committees at every level of government, political party committees and their subdivisions, political action committees, ballot initiative and advocacy organizations, nonprofit and for-profit entities, data providers, list brokers, list managers, and cooperative databases, service providers who help us operate (such as form and spreadsheet processing (Google), website hosting (Netlify), text messaging delivery platforms, and, if you donate, ActBlue, which processes contributions under its own privacy policy at actblue.com), and any other party the Campaign or its consultants deem, in their sole judgment, to be aligned with, useful to, or supportive of the Campaign's purposes, whether by way of exchange, rental, sale, contribution, in-kind arrangement, or otherwise, and whether before, during, or after the electoral cycle in which the information was collected. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, in connection with any reorganization, wind-down, or succession of the Campaign or its committees, and contribution information is reported as required by Florida campaign finance law.

Your choices. You can opt out of emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us (see Contact below).

Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By signing up for texts, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Robbie Hardingham for Indian River County Commission, including voter contact, donation asks, event announcements, and informational messages, at the phone number you provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or contribution.

Terms of Service

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes, as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. By using this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. Site content, including text and graphics, belongs to the Campaign or its licensors and may not be used to imply endorsement without permission.
